Kitting & fulfillment
The last handoff deserves an early plan.
A finished formula is not yet a finished program. Components, assembly instructions, labels and destination requirements should be scoped alongside production.
Kit brief
Map every component
A practical kit brief names the pieces and the person supplying them.
- Primary containers, closures, labels and any secondary packaging.
- Inserts, bundles or box components and approved assembly instructions.
- Quantity by configuration and any identification or lot requirements.
- Inbound component timing and finished-goods destinations.
- Inspection, documentation and exception-handling expectations.
Scope the pack-out.
Include your component list, intended quantities and destinations in the project brief for review.
