FAQ

The useful questions before a quote.

Start with an in-house formula or a custom brief. We confirm formula fit, packaging, documentation and commercial terms for your program.

Frequently asked questions

How are production quantities determined?

Commercial quantities are discussed during project scoping and confirmed in a written quote.

Can I order samples?

Tell us which in-house formula you want to evaluate. Sample availability, format and cost must be confirmed before an order is offered.

Can you develop a custom formula?

Custom formulation can be scoped for your project. Feasibility, development steps, testing, fees and ownership terms require an agreed brief and written terms.

Do you offer ready-to-label formulas?

We have an in-house formula range. Share the product and channel requirements so we can identify an appropriate formula and confirm its packaging and documentation fit.

Can you source or fill my packaging?

Provide the proposed container and component specifications. Sourcing, compatibility, filling and labeling responsibilities need review before they are included in a quote.

What is the lead time?

Lead time is confirmed for each program. It depends on the formula, component readiness, approvals, production scope and destination. Provide a target date for feasibility review.

Do you handle kitting and fulfillment?

Kitting and fulfillment can be included in the agreed scope. Confirm the required assembly, quantities, materials, destinations and ownership before terms are set.

Can you provide certifications or test documents?

Ask for the exact documents your channel requires. Request facility registration details and applicable product specifications, ingredient and label information, batch records and available testing documentation for the formula and program under review.

Who owns the formula?

Formula rights and exclusivity are contract questions, not assumptions. They must be agreed in writing before development or production commitments.

How do we get a quote?

Start the guided project brief. Select a formula if you have one in mind, then add your channel, packaging, timing and destination so we can review the scope.

Still have an open question?

Include it with your product brief so the right person can answer it against the actual scope.
